The Houston County Emergency Management Director is responsible for coordinating the implementation of Houston County’s Emergency Preparedness Program for natural and man-made disasters, infectious disease epidemics, terrorist attacks, and other emergencies which require the coordination of resources through an Emergency Operations Center, Command Post, or Incident Command System.
